For 3 consecutive years (2018 - 2020), I was given the opportunity to team up with fellow colleagues to organise and document our Christopher Street Day celebrations. With diversity being part of the company's core values, we formed one of its first ERGs (Employee Resource Group) dedicated to LGBTQA+ matters.
